I was using the NKJV and now I can't open it.

Bened - What version of the app are you using? Has anything changed with your account recently (i.e. upgrade base package)?
I would try a couple of things (one at a time).
- killing the app via the multi-task bar
- doing a full shut down of the device
If those don't work, you could try doing a delete & reinstall. NOTE: you will lose your downloaded resources. Do you have many?

Thanks, Bama.
Tried your suggestions but it was a no-go. (i'm running 3.0.2 1396) and looks like I'll have to do the delete reinstall. Me thinks this is a drawback of upgrading to logos 5 for Mac. (Went from Platinum 4 to Platinum 5). Had about 700 books loaded, but can reload them. Wonder if there's an upgrade maybe and, if so, how do I access it via Ipad? Any suggestions you have are welcome. Thanks so much for your help!

WAIT! Don't delete the app just yet.

I hope we can get a Logos employee to look into this for you. Perhaps you could call customer service? I think it might be a licensing glitch.

I am unsure what you are asking?

Thanks.
By upgrade, I meant a newer version of the app. "Update" prolly a better way to put it. Maybe a licensing glitch. Interesting though that it'd affect Bibles only and those from different publishers (i.e. NASB, NKJV and ESV).

Hi Bened,
There is a newer version of Logos available on Apple's App store - 3.0.3.1585. Please install it and see if the problem still occurs. Thanks!

Thanks, Kevin!
I'll give it a shot.

I'm intrigued to see if this might be a wider problem. In the last 24 hours, I've lost access to most of the Bibles on my iPad, such as NIV, NRSV, ESV, NLT, NASB. But my HCSB still works.
It's possible I was doing an update on these Bibles (they're my most common versions) and lost the wifi connection. But it seems suspicious that Bened has experienced much the same problem...

Andrew – What version are you running?

Did they come back, or are they still gone? Do you see other, non-downloaded resources?
Did you upgrade your base package recently?

Running 3.0.2.1396. Haven't updated app (knowingly) or packages for some time. It's just suddenly made life tricky.
Other downloaded resources seem to work fine. And I can see my full library, both downloaded and non-downloaded, fine from the app. But it won't open any of the aforementioned Bibles.
In addition to killing and restarting the app, I've tried removing the resources and re-downloading them. No change. I'd hate to have to scrap the app and reload every resource from scratch.

Update from App Store did the trick. Thx Kevin and Bama!

Yep. 3.0.3 seems to have fixed the issue. As with Bened, thanks for picking up the disparity in versions.
Might this suggest that some resources are version dependent (as some are for desktop versions)?

I don't know if that is accurate (it may be). I think it would be better to say that there were bug fixes to allow resources to function properly. A better answer would likely have to come from a Logos employee, who would know more than me. [8-|]

Alabama24 is correct - there were some bug fixes that corrected this issue. Resources are not intended to be version dependent.
