BSL Tree - entries are not always expandable
In 5.0a B1 I can create a tree in BSL for "fisherman"
As shown, with this tree displayed I can expand entries which have a blue dot "such as "merchant" which is also depending from "worker".
If I create the tree for "worker"
none of the dependent entries (including "merchant") are expandable.
This seems inconsistent.
Any idea what is going on here?

Maybe there is a maximum depth of tree expansion of three levels. Have you been able to go beyond that in any other cases? I have L5, but I don't have the new beta with this feature in it so I can't try it out.

Good thought. No, I can't seem to expand beyond three levels.
Maybe that is, indeed, the issue here.
Thanks, Graham

Three levels deep seem to be logical for whatever reason that restriction might have been placed until I came across this situation. I was working back up the BSL tree from worker to person to whole (assembley) to physical entity to entity. [A few jumps in between I left out]. Entity seems to be the top level of this tree under the concept of relationships.
All seem to be fitting in with the idea of three levels deep when physical entity was my selected level in the tree:
But then when I moved up to Entity as the selected level , it does not display or allow any expanding beyond the second level.

The difference between a filled in dot and an open dot at the end of the line is whether or not the item is a final or intermediate node i.e. can or cannot be further expanded.
Enter structure to see the behavior for 4 (or more) layers.

That seems like a bug.

In this case, the open dots are wrong, because as we can clearly see from the previous image Andrew posted, these ought to be able to be further expanded as there is content nested in there, at least inside "physical entity" and likely all the rest too.

Yes there is a bug on the root entity which I have reported. However, there does not appear to be any limits on the number of levels beyond the font getting so small I can't read it.[8-|]

Thanks for clarifying.

This issue is related to the issue that MJ has mentioned reporting. Kamira has responded in this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/59341.aspx
