Anyone know of any resources that are getting a lot of "likes" so far? Of the choices that I have made, I haven't seen anything close to any discounts yet. I would like to get an idea on what I will spending money on soon.
I don't think any one resource has to get up to 1500 "likes" to get a discount. The way I understood the sale is that the percentage of discount will be calculated based on how many total "likes" are received across all of Logos.com during the period of the sale. So if there are 1500 likes, it will be 10% off, 3000 likes - 20%, and so on, up to a max of 50%. And all of the "most liked" books will be eligible for this same discount. I'm not sure how they determine which are the "most liked" -- maybe the top n books which were liked during that period, for some number n which represents however many books they think they can afford to offer that discount on. (More books if the discount is smaller, fewer books if it's larger, I'm guessing.)
See the explanation Logos employee Amanda gives in the comments on this blog post and see if you interpret it the same way I do:

I fear this "Like-a-Thon" will be a total flop. With the cost of Logos 5 I will not consider purchasing anything that is not discounted at least 50%. That means 7500 likes. With the busy life most people lead I doubt many are going to take the time to search for and then "like" the resources they are interested in.
I agree with you Keith. I don't see any item being discounted 50%. That would be a crazy amount of likes.
I've founds a few titles that had 100 or more Likes, some with more than 200 even one with > 300 (e.g., IVP Essential Reference Collection, IVP Dictionary OT Bundle, BDAG, BDAG/Halot Bundle, etc.), but who knows how many of these Likes were already there before the sale began? They are only counting Likes that are new since Oct 29.
Just a browse of some of the resources from the Bestselling Products Page:
Evangelical Exegetical Commentary (44 vols.) = 971 likes
The Expositor's Bible Commentary (EBC) (12 vols.) = 527 likes
Word Biblical Commentary (WBC) (59 vols.) = 490 likes
Charles Spurgeon Collection (86 vols.) = 464 likes
Some had other types of "likes" but Facebook likes were almost the exclusive mode.
(If I may make some humble suggestions)
Dietrich Bonhoeffer Works (15 vols.) = currently at 57 FB + 2 Google = 59 likes
Exposition of Ephesians (8 vols.) = currently at 46 likes
Baker Commentary on the Old Testament Wisdom and Psalms (6 vols.) = 32 FB + 1 Google = 33 likes
Zondervan Bible Reference Bundle 3 (63 vols.) = 31 FB + 1 Google = 32 likes

There are more than 93,000 users on these forums. If 8% of us just liked one resource each, that would be 7,500 likes. And I've just liked 20, so now it's down to less than 8%!
Personally wish for FaithLife Like Option so could use Logos.com account for "Like-a-thon"

KS4J that would be a cool idea, to promote and make better use of the Logos ecosystem. Maybe there could be an option to connect to other social networks in the process
I agree with Keith...However I did vote for the Theological Journals 1-10. http://www.logos.com/product/8114/theological-journal-library-vols-1-10. It's got 51 votes. Why don't give it a like...The whole sale needs momentum.
Where is the like button? Is it Facebook or what?
Let's not forget about ICC, thanks

Yes. It's the button on the left.
Cheers, marcus

That makes more sense - I guess I misunderstood. If I understand it correctly, any product that got a "like" will receive the discount...
