PB compiler error in Logos 4.6a b4 WIN

I haven't seen this error in months, but today I had the compiler error "Could not remove existing resource. Please close all other open panels and try again."
This is the second time I have had the error in since moving to 4.6a (the first time may have been with 4.6a b2).
I had a PB open on the screen, edited it in Word, and then rebuilt the book.
I believe that I also changed the name of the Logos PB before re-building.
Closing all the panels and then re-opening the personal book panel and trying to build didn't clear the error.
After restarting, the PB builds without any errors.
Here's the log file:

There is an active case for this issue. Can you recall what other panels you had open at the time?
If you see this issue occur again, it would be helpful to get your diagnostic logs as well as info on what other panels were open.

Unfortunately I cannot remember and I can't reproduce the bug tonight. If it happens again I will post the other logs. Sorry!

Hello.
The issue reappeared today. (Running Logos 4.6a SR2).
I had several tabs open included a notes document, a clipping document, another personal book, the NIV, the RCL, and the favourites tab.
More significantly, I had a user-created passage guide open that included a collection with the PB in it.
Here are the logs...
