Features / data set purchases?

I had the bible study package on L4 (I believe it was called that) and then purchased the starter package on L5. Is it possible to by the timeline feature by itself? (or any other features without upgrading to the next level)

You can't buy these features individually but you will be able to purchase them in one of two crossgrade options - hopefully within a week or so.
