4.0B1 Passage Analysis Tools have disappeared

In the latest beta the Passage Analysis tools are still missing from the Tools menu (as documented previously here), despite instructions to the contrary in the help. However they can no longer be launched using show compare pericope in the command box.
Can anyone else verify please?

I have 4.0a, I guess there is an update.. I crashed L4 on the initial opening of the cluster graph, but have not had problems since with any of the passage analysis features.

Can I assume that you are talking about 4.0aB1?
I get this:

I opened it from the toolbar: tools/passage analysis, then selected compare pericope.
