Question about the Blue Circle Question Mark Icon

There is a small blue icon with a question mark next to An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax.  When I hover over it a pop up message reads:  "You own part of this collection and are receiving a discount for the part you own"

My question is: I don't own An Introduction to Biblical Hebrew Syntax by Walke (it is on my wishlist), so why does it appear that I own it?

    Ronald,

I am getting spurious pop-up info on the 'person in a circle' icon as well. I know Logos has worked on this but I guess it is still not working correctly. They do assure us that in spite of what the web site says, they are accounting for our prior purchases correctly in calculating our upgrade price.

That is an unintended consequence of how some of our products were built when they became downloadable products. Back in the day when everything was on CD and was technically a standalone product, we included various addins, help file resources, and other miscellaneous items. You most likely own a couple of these.

We're working to get the collections containing this extra stuff updated. Those items do not affect your price. You can safely ignore them.
