New visual filters (speaker labels and timeline events) missing after minimal cross grade

I just purchased and installed the Logos 5 minimal cross grade.  Previously I had the Bible Study package in Logos 4.  After watching Mark Barne's great instructional video on the new features of Logos 5, I went to try out the new features for myself.  It doesn't appear that I have the speaker labels or timeline events visual feature.  I assumed that was one of the new Logos 5 features that I would gain by purchasing the minimal cross grade.  Do I need a higher base package for these features to work?  Are there a way to purchase these features separately?  I have poured over the package comparison table and I don't see this feature tied to a specific base package.

    I think you should have these.

    You need to enable speaker labels as a visual filter - see shot below for an example

    Timeline events - not all resources are tagged at the moment. Do you have "131 Christians everyone should know"?

    If so, open it to page 22, enable the "Timeline event" visual filter and see if you get the event for AD 411 as below:

    No, but you may need the resources that are tagged for those filters. You have enabled the Speaker filter, haven't you?

    I do not remember which resources are tagged for timelines, but you could check with Logos Customer Service.

    Thanks for the replies.  I do not have a "speaker labels" option in my visual filter dropdown box. image.

     

     I have the "131 Christians everyone should know resource" that Graham suggested, and I do not have a "Timeline Event" visual filter option in my menu.image

    You're probably missing a download. The datasets will only download to Logos after you install L5. Before you'll have access to these tools, you have to install L5, then update, then restart L5 and wait for the reindexing to finish.

    Update - I just rebooted, and now I have both speaker label and timeline event visual filters.  I think the reboot triggered additional indexing that seems to have solved my problem.  Thanks again for the responses.
