Some features missing on my laptop

Dear Friends
I recently purchased the Logos 5 minimal upgrade. It was the right choice for me because of the size of my Logos 4 library. However, The Bible Sense Lexicon and Timeline are missing from the Tools menue. They are present on my desktop. Does anyone know how to remedy this?
Thanks
Dan

Just guessing. Is your laptop Windows XP or an older version of OS10 so that it is still running L4?

Perhaps you could try "update resources" from the command box on your laptop?

Was there a second large download after you installed the Crossgrade?
If there was, is indexing going on?

I tried that and the two items are still missing. I do not know why the upgrade downloaded everything on my desktop and not my laptop.

After the crossgrade there was some downloading but not large. Whenever I open Logos 5 I get the message "Preparing Your Library".

If that 'preparing your library' message is brief that is normal. If it goes on for awhile and then a Logos icon persists in your system tray at the lower RH corner of your Windows desktop, it may be indexing. In fact there could be an icon there now.
These features require that indexing complete successfully.
It is also possible indexing crashed and didn't finish correctly. Look to see if you have any logs in your My Documents/Logos Log Files folder.

That may be normal for the crossgrade. I don't really have any idea how large the files are.
