Brightness bar?

The normal low brightness is still high even with low light turned on. Is it possible in the future to include a brightness bar similar to kindle and iBooks in order for better night reading? In those apps they have a separate brightness bar to lower it more than the standard brightness bar. Is it possible to do the same for the app? Thank you

You can control the brightness of your ipad by swiping up with four fingers to see the recent apps bar, then swipe left, and there's a brightness control. I find that switching to white-on-black on lowering the brightness all the way, I read just fine in bed with the lights off.

    Or double-pressing the "Home" button.

I know of the normal brightness bar in the app bar. However I'm talking of a second one that's in the app that will lower the brightness bar more than the normal apple one. I gave the example of kindle and iBooks app. They have a second brightness bar within the app itself that lowers the brightness beyond the normal apple limit.

    Hi Michael,

As far as I understand there are no plans to add this feature - however, I will write up an inquiry case.  As a workaround you might look for brightness apps on the App store; I use one that cost $0.99 and works for every app (not just Logos).
