Logos 4 prerequisites not loading on Windows 7
I just upgraded from Windows Vista to 7 and when I tried to install Logos again it would not install the prerequisites and it stops the installation. I had no trouble at all on Vista. Anyone know why this would be happening or how to fix it?

Are you able to provide a bit more information and provide the logs Dave asks for?

Something along the lines of "Prerequisite installation failed", but I
will have to run it again to get the specific terminology correct. I am
at work now, so I will have to wait until I get home this afternoon to
run it again. Thanks for the response, I will check back in later today

I ended up being able to install Logos after a Windows update went through. Apparently I was a little anxious to get Logos back on the computer. Thanks for your help.0
