PBB TOC Issue in L5

There's a PBB I had compiled in L4 a while back (then I got a new machine since then and forgot to recompile it on L4), and I just now recompiled it on L5 tonight. Problem is, the TOC isn't working, although it did in L4.
If I email someone the file, can someone take a look at it and see what might be up?
I can't post the file publicly since it is under copyright. I tagged it for one of my professors that wanted his book in L4 format back way back when, and he allowed me to compile it into my library for my personal use since I wanted to be able to have a searchable copy myself.
I think it would be OK to share it with a single person while I work to resolve this TOC issue, but I don't want to post the book publicly since it is a copyrighted work. :-)
Thanks!

OK, I'm having the same problem but have no idea what the Locator Bar is, and cannot get a TOC to be generated for anything. I have followed all of the instructions here to no avail. Can anyone help me to get PBB to generate a table of contents!? Thank you!

Good grief! Nevermind, I found it! It was on the entire time, I just never look closely and noticed that I could expand/open it, not to mention I would never have looked for a TOC there! Thank you Nathan, all set now too!

Yeah, it can be easy to overlook for sure. Glad we're both OK. :-)
