Logos 5 maps dilemma

I have created a collection of all my map resources. But I can't seem to find a way to search just for a map only I come up with many hits but most of them are articles not maps. Is there a way to search just for a map. Also in the new Bible facts I have the same question is there a way just to search for a map only?

Hi Mike
Have a look at http://wiki.logos.com/Detailed_Search_Help#Searching_for_images
Suggests you want to use "#image ANDEQUALS map"
Hope this helps

you could import a Map note file via FaithLife (here https://faithlife.com/clark-examples/documents). For instructions on importing a note file see this post)
inside the note file you will see a list of all Logos4/5 maps that Sean from Logos posted sometime back. Each map name is linked to Logos's Bible Places/Facts and will open the tool to that map. When you search for a name which falls within the name of the map file shown in the note file (e.g. Abraham, or Deportation, etc) it will show up under My Content in the search window.
(Maps note partially shown below)
(search shown below)
P.S. This note file also contains many links to maps found in ESV Study Bible resource.

Mike, here is a sample search drawn right from the samples given on the Basic Search opening screen. I've supplied the word Jerusalem and the collection to search:

No there isn't. Maps serve as a resource for Bible Facts. What you can search for there are Facts (People, Things, Places, Events) not maps. So you can search for a place and get one or more maps, but not a specific map.

Steve,
The ESV links work fine but the Logos links don't work Logos 5 the URL now uses facts instead of place.

Peace, Steve! I continue to be grateful for all the personal blessings I have received from your "sharings" over the years. I actually got Sean's note file years ago; and it worked then! However, it no longer works in Logos 5. I did join your FaithLife Group, and if you don't mind will probably hang out there for a while before I quietly disappear! *smile*

Hopefully Logos can fix this.
