Support Disappointment

I called the customer service number on the LOGOS home page - it was answered immediately by a sales associate. When he discovered that I needed customer service, not sales, he transferred me - and put me on hold for 20+ minutes. I gave up.
My problem - it is my understanding that the update to LOGOS 5 is supposed to be an automatic update - but the update (after several hours of trying and waiting) would not start. I called for help, but could not wait any longer.
I have found a link for a manual update - I hope it works, without any loss of books or information. We shall see.

Login to your accoutn on LOGOS.com and go to yourorders page, you can download it directly from there and install. Works just fine.

I'm sorry you had a disappointing experience.
It's not uncommon for hold times to be longer after a new release. I remember waiting about that long when L4 was released.
