Disabling community notes

I know it is possible to disable community notes from the Visual Filters one at a time on each resource. Is there any way to disable all access to the community notes for all resources at once. If it is not there, I would like to see it on the Program Settings. It is annoying to have to deselect all Community Notes and all Visual Filters one at a time, every time I open a new resource.
