Personal timelines possible?

I am wanting to create personal timelines for different scripture studies.

We'll have a "timeline compiler" in a future release; sorry it didn't make the first cut!

can we have a definitive answer whether this needed feature is going to be a part of Logos 5 or whether it is never going to materialize?

the Uservoice support for timelines seem to be languishing. Is there interest in shareable user-created timelines? I personally find Logos' new timeline feature too cluttered and difficult to use

Actually you don't get much more definitive than that.

The latest I have seen from a Logos employee regarding augmenting timelines (admittedly in a different context) was the post by Bradley at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/60565/430074.aspx#430074

Sounds like its some way down the line - if at all.

But - as per your original request - Logos would be the only people able to give a definitive response but I doubt they would say much more at that point than they already have.

Reminds me of the woman who told her husband that she wanted a divorce and when questioned said that it was because he didn't tell her he loved her.

HIs reply was 'I told you I loved you when we got married - I'll let you know if there is any change'.

Seems reasonable to me.

The 'I love you' is interesting (and amusing) since some cultures consciously avoid the phrase (older Japanese emphasizing actions speak for words, as above). The Navajo culture (and I could easily be wrong here) doesn't say 'Thank you' the logic being words are cheaper than actions.
