WOW 1.01GB download on Minimum Crossgrade?
Just moved to 5 via minimum crossgrade, to be greeted with 1.01GB of updates..
Q1) is this normal, given that my L4 library was updated yesterday, seem a little high.. but maybe it isnt?
Q2 whats difference, if anything, between blue and black updated resources?

You can open blue entries. Black entries are for datasets that are used in the background (to generate Bible Word Studies, for example) but that you can't open and don't appear in your library. In L5 you can see a list of all your 'background' datasets by going to Help/About.

Or on the Mac by going to — Logos | About Logos Bible Software 5.
I noticed myself today that all the datasets are listed, that's handy. Plus things like Timeline (including with resource name & version) which is helpful when people say things like "I upgraded but can't see the Timeline (or whatever) feature". They can be just asked to look at the about dialog to check.
