Is there a forum for the sale/trade of Logos products?

I don't recall where, but I'm pretty sure I once stumbled upon a thread/topic that indicated Logos products could be sold or willed to others. Is that true? If so, is there a forum area for that purpose?
Note: I realize we don't actually "own" the products--we just pay for the right to use them. Therefore it would be that "right to use" that would be sold or willed.

Yes, resources can be sold or willed to someone else. Base package resources must "stay together"... You can't piecemeal things out. The forum guidelines prohibit advertising resources in the forums... You will have to find a buyer elsewhere.

I believe TCBlack runs a site that has a forum with this in mind.

alabama24 and Erwin--thanks for the quick replies and for the link and web site. I checked out the Logos link and found the following.
TRANSFERS
At Logos' sole discretion you may transfer all your rights to use the Software, Content, and Documentation to another person or legal entity provided you transfer this Agreement, the Software, Content, and Documentation, including all copies, updates and prior versions to such person or entity and that you retain no copies, including copies stored on computer. There will be a processing fee charged on all transfers which is subject to change without notice. As of 6/17/09 the fee is equal to $20.00 per transfer.
I'm hoping this allows for a person to sell a specific product (if purchased separately) while retaining their other content and Logos software, but based on the wording of the paragraph, I can't tell for sure if that's the case.
I will check out the TCBlack web site.
Thanks again for the help!

Erwin, is there any chance you have a web site address/URL for TCBlack? All I can seem to find for it is automotive related web sites. [:P]

I don't have first-hand knowledge of this, however, through browsing the Logos forums for some time now, I recall this being discusses. What I gathered from the threads was that you can transfer individual items from your library as long as they were not part of a collection purchase. If the item/book was part of a collection, you would have to transfer the entire collection. So, for instance, if I purchased WBC as part of the Nelson 200 Bundle, I would not be able to transfer just the WBC, I would have to transfer the entire bundle. However, if I were to purchase WBC alone, then purchase a Nelson 200 Bundle, I would be able to transfer the WBC.

Does anyone own Zondervan's BIble Backgrounds? Are these helpful for background info?

Erwin and Milford,
Thanks for the URL--I'll check it out. Hopefully we're on track regarding the transfer of indivdual titles purchased individually, but I suppose the wisest approach is to confirm with Logos. I should check with them anyway to learn what the process is for making the transfer so they see it on their end.

This is usually a "trouble-free" experience--even during this very busy L5 roll out period.
Go through Customer Service.
They will need both your (and the one getting the resources) log-in email addresses. Plus the specific product (or its codes etc. Even a website url of the product helps.
They also need to know who is payiing the $20 to transfer.
I have found them quick, effiecient and helpful (have done this a number of times).
Blessings.
Regards, SteveF

I own both. They are worth the money. I purchased them from another company early this year for around $100 on sale.
