Unable to install Logos

Hi there
Installing Logos I keep receiving the error "Setup was unable to download a required file".
I have followed all the instructions on this page: http://www.logos.com/support/logos4/windows/unable_to_connect
without success.
I have now enabled logging and have attached the resulting file in the hope that you can help me. I notice that a BIT error is being returned. I have as directed on the page above, run a check using the command prompt which seemed to return information about the file as I would expect.
Thanks
Sandy

Sandy,
Is there anything you can uninstall to ensure a "clean" start?
Then, does http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe work any better for you?
Grace & Peace,
Bill

Hi Bill
Thanks for your reply. I've spent some time this afternoon uninstalling three programs I had previously installed. My computer is only about nine months old and doesn't have very much on it. I have restarted a few times and made sure all Windows updates are done. I'm still getting the same ERROR lines in the log file:
2012-10-20T04:30:18Z 0x1648 Error IssueError Issuing exception 0x80200049: Unknown error 0x80200049 [BitsClient.cpp(72)]
2012-10-20T04:30:18Z 0x1648 Error Download COM error '0x80200049', 'Unknown error 0x80200049
Oh, and I have tried using the file you linked to.
Thanks
Sandy

Hi Sandy,
It looks like your BITS (Background Intelligence Transfer Service) is full. I'm going to email you instructions explaining how to resolve the issue.

Seth,
If you are getting the same message whilst installing Logos i.e. "Setup was unable to download a required file" then follow this advice,** else you need to upload some logs as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
** if on Windows XP use the Start > Run box, but then you may have to download the Bitsadmin utility:-
- http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/InstallerBeta/bitsadmin.exe right-click and save target to your desktop.
- In the Command Prompt type cd c:\documents and settings\your name\desktop
