How to make the Revised maps note file (ESV study Bible maps only) into a personal book

The above zip file includes the docx file, a JPEG image of the ESV study Bible and a screenshot of the personal book builder dialog box. The advantage of making this note into a personal book is that you can search for maps In the basic search function.

This is cool. Some of the links I tested do not seem to point to the maps but text or to page 3 of the ESV study bible. I have not tested them all, but here is a few that popped up

1. Table of Nations

2. Journeys to Paddan-aram

3. Egypt at the Time of Joseph

4. David Captures the Stronghold of Zion

I end up at the beginning of 2:15-16. The map shows two paragraphs below, so it seems OK to me.

I went through all of them and corrrected the links one by one in my Word document...then I deleted my original PBB and then rebuilt it again. BUTit behaves as if the first PBB is still there. I went to the resourcemanger and deleted it and I also deleted it within Logos5, but it still shows the wrong links and now even 3 links are missing!

Any ideas on what to do? I hate that I have wasted all these hours today, when I really didn't have the time and it still doesn't work the way I want it to.

Did you by any chance insert the links in Word for Mac. if so the links will not work because of the way Word for Mac formats them. I am updating the links in the original note file in the logos program. And they seem to be working.

No, I used Word 2010 for Windows.
