I've lost one of my books
This morning I was reading Morning and Evening by Charles Spurgeon and without my touching the screen it disappeared and my Bible opened up. The resource is not even listed in my library anymore. It is also not present in "History". As far as I can tell no other resources have been effected. I can access Morning and Evening on my desktop and on Biblia. I have the original Kindle Fire.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

Now I've lost all the books I downloaded. I was reading and a popup window opened up that said "Library Updated" and all my books except the ASV are gone from my Kindle Fire. I am not even in a place where I can get a wifi connection.
Does anyone know what just happened?
Thanks.

Ronald, very sorry to hear that you lost your downloaded books. One of our main goals is to make sure this never happens. Can you confirm which version of the app you have installed? A new version of the Bible app was published this morning via Amazon (2.2.7) and I'm wondering if you received that update. To find out which version of the app you have installed you can open the side navigation window click the gear icon, click the about option, and the version info should be under the "App info" section.

Thanks for responding.
I have version 2.2.3 (build 60)

Ronald, did you update your password recently?

My password has been the same for several years.

Just to be clear. You saw the "Library Updated" notification when you weren't connected to Wifi?

If you stop and restart the app I'm curious if it takes you back to the sign in page.
To stop and restart the app -
Go to your Settings menu, click More, then Applications, find the Bible app and press force stop
or
Press the back button repeatedly until you return to the Kindle Fire home screen
or
Simply reboot your device [:)].
Once you've stopped the app, does starting it request you to sign in again?
If it does and you sign in with the same account it should automatically flag your previously downloaded resources to be installed again (after it updates your library).

Yes - was not connected to wifi when I saw the "library updated" message.
I rebooted my Kindle - Logos did not ask me to sign in. When I opened my library I have no books available except ASV.

Should I uninstall and reinstall the Logos app?

UPDATE:
I didn't reinstall the app, but when I opened it again it bypassed the sign in page and showed that I had 44 resources then it begin adding more resources.
The number of resources I have continues to increase - I think it may be working. I haven't tried to download anything yet. I will wait until it finishes loading my library.
The About page says I have version 2.2.7 (build 64). Is this correct?

Yes, 2.2.7 is the updated version. So you're not sure when the app updated from 2.2.3 to 2.2.7, but it was definitely sometime after your downloaded books disappeared?
I appreciate your help and feedback on this issue.

I'm not exactly sure when my app updated, but I think it was when I connected to wifi again because that is when I saw the Lexham English Bible listed under the ASV and according to product description on Amazon the LEB is newly included free with the app. I'm guessing that the first resources downloaded were the free ones with the app then Logos recognized my license then downloaded the rest of my library.
Everything seems to be working fine now.
Thanks for the help.

I realize I may not have been clear in my previous post. My app definitely updated after my downloaded books disappeared.
