Today I ordered the free bookof the month offer.
I got the email thanking mefor ordering the book.
I followed the directions toclose Logos 4 and then reopen it.
But when I attempted to openLogos 4 from my short cut it did not respond.
I went to the “All Programs”listing and clicked on Logos 4 – still no response.
It worked and was workingprior to this order.
Could the download havedisabled my ability to open Logos 4?
I need help – I use thisprogram all the time.
Hmm that shouldn't have caused an issue. Have you tried rebooting your machine?

As far as my understanding of Logos goes, the book cannot affect your ability to start Logos. However you might check your systray and see if the logos icon is there... Sometimes installing a book delays the opening of Logos

I've heard that such an incident has happened to a few others now and again! What was it that got onto your order? If that happened to me, I think I would share it with Logos somehow because surely that is not their intent. I personally have never experienced that problem, but I think it would be "troublesome" if it happened to me, Perhaps that's too strong a word. It would be a nuisance! Yes! A nuisance!. Are you sure you didn't previously put some pricey item there?
FYI, clicking customize on the L5 upgrade page will put a L5 base package in your cart, because it's required to get the special prices. But if you don't continue, the base package stays in you cart.
