iPhone app not navigating Bible correctly
Anyone else having a problem navigating their Bibles on their iPhone app?
Whether I use the sliding bar at the bottom or the popup that lets you select a book, chapter, and verse, I am typically left multiple chapters (even books!) away from the desired location.
I have an iPhone 4 and have been using the app since it came out. Not sure if this is a bug in a recent update, but I've had the problem for a few weeks now. I do not have the same problem with my iPad.
Thanks for your help!

Sorry, I am not. Is this just one resource, or several? Are they downloaded? Have you tried deleting the resource and redownloading it?

The problem occurs with any Bible I use, translations or original language texts.
Thanks for any help!

And with resources I've downloaded or using via the cloud.

Hi Matthew,
I was able to reproduce the issue, to some extent. I'll write up a case and send it to our development department. Thanks for the report.

Just to add another data point, I think this is the same issue I've been seeing in the most recent release.
I use Carson's "For the Love of God" to provide the passage links for the M'Cheyne reading plan. Occasionally, and it happened this morning, when I touch a reference from that book, it takes me to the previous passage in my preferred Bible (ESV) instead of the reference I was navigating to. Further, if I go to the Bible contents and pick the book, chapter, and verse that I was trying to get to, it stays right where it is.
I've seen this happen pretty much just like this 3 - 4 times. One time, and only one time, when the app had navigated to the previous passage I'd been at instead of the passage I was navigating to, after sitting at the wrong passage for perhaps 1 - 2 minutes, it just magically jumped to the passage I'd been trying to get to. I was not holding or touching the device at the time.
iPad 2 64gb wifi, iOS 6.0.1.
