I know you are running 3.1.1. What iPad variant do you have?
I ask because I am running the same version of Logos software on an iPad 2 and have no problem in opening and reading that book

I have a first generation iPad. Alabama suggested it may be a problem with my account, though I'm not sure why it appears and downloads to my iPad, but will not open. It does open on my desktop. I also tried it on my wife's kindle fire and the resource will not open. In light of that, maybe it is an account issue.

maybe it is an account issue
Can you open it in Biblia?
Not sure what this would prove but it would be another piece of data!

That may prove the account issue. It does not appear in my library on Biblia. Very strange

Hi Fred,
This resource was recompiled a couple of weeks after Logos was released, and a change was made during the process that caused the issue you are seeing. Something similar recently happened with the LEB. The next release should fix the problem. Thanks for your patience.!

I'm now seeing a similar error with the recently released PNTC volume on Romans by Kruse - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/62322.aspx
I can see this resource in Biblia though.

It looks as though there was an update posted tonight that fixes DeSilva's "An introduction to the New Testament." It is working now for me on my iPad.
