4.6b Beta 1 (4.62.0.0228) is available for testing.
To update to Beta 1, enter the Update Now command if you’ve switched to the beta channel before, or enter the Set Update Channel to Beta command if you’re on a stable version (such as 4.6a SR-4). To install Beta 1 from scratch, see the notes and download links on this thread.

IMPORTANT KNOWN ISSUE: The Community Notes panel does not work in 4.6b Beta 1. This bug will be fixed in the next beta. If you rely on Community Notes, do not install this beta.

Logos 4.6b Beta 1 on OS X 10.8.2 has different version 4.90.0 in Apple's Get Info, which is a bit different than anticipated value of 4.62.228

Sorry, not at my computer at the moment.
when I try and open the panel, either from the tools menu or by clicking on a community note, the panel opens but nothing appears in the panel apart from a spinning circle.
Hope this makes some sense!
