Running Logos 4 on 1 computer & Logos 5 on another??

Question:

The church office computers have XP, and my home computers have Windows 7.

What happens if I upgrade to Logos 5??

Can I still use Logos 4 on my church computer and Logos 5 on my home computer - or will I need to get the church to upgrade to Windows 7 before moving to Logos 5?

There is also a very good response by Richard in response to a similar question--[Everything IS correct so far on this thread.]

Richard added this helpful advice on his thread:

- L5 will not "mess up" your L4 installation on XP.

- BUT if you do upgrade to L5, any resources that you add will also migrate to L4 (which is to your advantage) -- ie as long as those resources are compatible with L4, and "most" are.

I am convinced that this should not cause you any "issues." etc

To use the new Logos 5 features on a church office computer, have two options:

1) Have church upgrade computer to a newer version of Windows.

2) Use remote desktop software (e.g. log me in) on the church computer so can remotely use home computer with Logos 5 while at the church office. Caveat: does need adequate network connectivity.
