Bug: Greek character displaying box

For some Greek resources, I get a box in place a Greek letter. Here is the Septuaginta: Morphologically Tagged Edition:
This same passage is fine with other Septuagints I have.
This is an older resource (resource is dated 2006). Has this one been superseded by "Septuagint with Logos Morphology" or another Logos version of LXX?

This is a typo in the resource. (Specifically, it should be U+03B8 U+02BC, not U+03B8 U+0313).
This resource is no longer being updated, and we strongly recommend hiding it. Instead, use Septuagint with Logos Morphology (LLS:LOGOSLXX) or The Old Testament in Greek According to the Septuagint (LLS:OTGRKSWETETXT) depending on which Logos 4 or 5 base package you own and/or whether you prefer the Rahlfs or Swete text.

That is the conclusion I had come to. Is the Septuagint with Logos Morphology the exact equivalent to Septaginta: Morphologically Tagged Edition?
Thanks Bradley.
