What is supposed to happen when I drag the app window?

If I move the mouse to the top of the screen, the mouse pointer turns into a little hand. If I click, then the app shrinks to 1/4 of the screen size and can dragged around. But when I release the mouse button, the app returns to full screen. Is there some future functionality planned for this?

    This is a Windows 8 Function.

    When you grab any app from the top like that you can either move it to the left or right and it will snap to the side, then you can tap (or click) the other side to open a 2nd app.

    OR

    You can drag it to the very bottom of the screen and the app will shrink smaller and when you depress the mouse or let go from touch the app is closed.

    We are not actively developing the app, but we do try to fix crashes if we can.

    After it has recently crashed, can you run the app, go to Settings > Support > Share Log Files, and email the log files
