Did you look at the ESV .??? Or the ESV Study Bible notes!
Also, there are "in a sense" two Biblia.coms. The one absolutely free one that has resources even for those who do not own Logos Products.
The other: Also, free, for the user that has her/his purchased resources.
So, David... please, if you could refine your question slightly, we might be able to give you a good and helpful answer.
