Logos5 and duplicate installations

I am trying to follow the wiki article at: http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_Multiple_Macs which appears targeted at Logos4, but which doesn't include any exclusions about Logos5.

When I type scan <path to resources> in the command bar, nothing happens, and no log file (or even directory) is created.

Any help available?

Did you exit Logos and start it again after typing the Scan command? This is required for it to work.
