Downloaded Resources - automatically re-downloaded? manage from desktop?

. If I delete Logos from my phone, and then re-download the latest app from Google Play, will my downloaded resources (I've got a lot of them) automatically re-download?

I believe they will attempt to autoreload over a wifi connection. Automatic downloading over a mobile connection was disabled as this caused some users an issue with monthly limits. 

I have never done this so it would be good to get confirmation from someone who has that this works as I believe it does!

Is there some way from my desktop Logos (v.4) to view/manage the resources that I have downloaded onto my Android phone?

Not on the stable release - this is currently being beta tested for the 4.6b release.

How do I make sure that my data has synced before uninstalling?

Just quit the application and start it up again.  The app syncs on startup.

Any plans for a sync button like the desktop version?

Kevin, it is needed for devices that use Android 2.3 and below. Only 4.0 and above have an easy way to close an app. The rest must be forced closed via control panel.
