Sometimes I may purchase an individual volume or a few volumes of a collection of books (such as a Commentary collection), only to realize later on I want the entire collection.
It'd be great if Logos could offer "Complete My Collection", similar to "Complete My Album" on iTunes.
Say I purchase a few volumes of a commentary collection such as Word Biblical. I purchase a few individual volumes for a college class I'm taking. I later on realize I want the entire WBC collection. I can "Complete My Collection" by upgrading to the entire collection at a discount since I've already purchased some of the books in it.
Even though Logos' collections such as these are already of excellent value, publishers shouldn't mind too much since they've already made profits off of the individual book sales, and it's a way to entice customers to come back and purchase the rest of the collection as well.
It'd be handy and a way for us to sample collections we're considering purchasing by purchasing one or a few volumes, then coming back later and purchasing the rest at a discount should we decide to go for it.
