Android Suite 2.2.10 Release
UPDATE: The apps are not yet available at the Amazon app store, and therefore we have reverted the stable links below to the previous 2.2.8.1 versions in order to avoid spurious update messages for customers on Kindle devices.

The Android team is pleased to announce the 2.2.10 stable versions of Bible, Biblia, Vyrso, and FSB.
This release includes a number of fixes and performance improvements along with a few new features.

- Crash in Daily Readings if Library had not fully updated
Known issues
- Notes are not fully editable
- Highlights styles do not display properly in “normal” color scheme in CyanogenMod 9 and below

cannot get this update to install. it downloads but after trying to install get message saying download not installed. channel is set to stable.
I get this for both the Logos app and the faith life app

ditto for me on kindle fire. I get an error message saying: Application not installed. An existing application package by the same name with a conflicting signature is already installed." My Kindle System Version is 10.2.4

Wait one day on the kindle. The actually download will probably show up on that tomorrow. That has happened for me on the last 2 or 3 updates. The initial update is from the app, the second update comes from amazon itself and will work.

The Amazon app, on Amazon's website shows 2.2.10 as the current release.
I downloaded the current release from the links in the post from Logos. I have never had a problem doing it that way before.

We are delaying the 2.2.10 in-app update notification until after the Reader apps have been approved by Amazon.
Ideally you should only being seeing the in-app update message if you installed the app directly from one of our download links. Unfortunately users who installed the apps via the Amazon Appstore are also seeing this message and if you installed the app via the Amazon Appstore you must update it via the Amazon Appstore as well.
The 2.2.10 release will still be available via Google Play and I would expect it to be available via the Amazon Appstore soon (pending Amazon approval).
