Monthly Calendar View Showing Wrong Dates

In setting up Faithlife for my church, we have been able to set up events that show correctly in the group "News" and "Calendar" tabs as they appear in the right hand sidebar
However, when we go to the Month view, two things are apparent. First, none of our events appear on the relevant days, and secondly, the days/dates for January are wrong. January 1 is not a Sunday as indicated in our calendar.
Hopefully someone wiser than me can shed light on this problem and offer a fix.
