Synchronising notes

Hello everyone! I was trying to synchronise my bible notes from my phone to the computer. I made the notes while being offline several days ago. I was trying to read the notes on my computer but I was unable to read book. Why haven't they been synchronised yet? Is there any button that I can click on to synchronise between my phone and the computer?

Several things to try:

Kill the mobile app via the multi-task bar and reopen. This will force a sync.
Make sure the note file is enabled in the visual filter menu at the resource level in L5. (you can turn the note files on & off even though it is "synced")

I killed the app on the phone and then restarted it several times. I also try to restart Logos on my computer. I am really confounded. Are there any other alternatives that I can try? I have completely different notes on my mobile phone than on my computer and they are not synced. I have still the same problem.

Is it possible to overwrite that note file on my computer with my note file on my phone? Hmm, seems like the file is corrupted in some way. I opened the note file on my Mac now and I cant scroll to the bottom. It's very strange.

Is the note file small or large? (you can act like you are going to print to see how many pages).

Can you post some screen shots from both apps?

To clarify: which version build do you have for both your desktop & mobile?

I don't know vital this information may be to you about my bible notes for my mobile phone were written offline on my trip to Poland while I didn't have any Internet access. The notes haven't been synchronized since then.

That shouldn't be an issue… the notes should sync up when connected next.

I know this may sound like a dumb question… just shooting in the dark… I know that there are several different versions of the KJV / "Authorized Version" in my library. Is it possible you have opened the wrong one? I assume the note file you are using is Mina Officiella Bibelkommentarer. Is that the default note file on mobile? Do you know how to change the default note file on mobile?

Also, did you ever tell me which version builds you are using for both apps?

It looks like you are using the same resource… so we can rule that out.

Let me go back to another line of thinking. When I originally asked for screen shots, I should have been more explicit with what I was looking for. Can you give screen shots of:

the note file on the mobile app
the note file on your installation of L5
the visual filter menu for the KJV on your desktop

Before you worry about these screen shots though… Are you on iOS 4.x?

At the moment - on Android - you can see notes within resources but you can't actually open the notesfile itself

Alexander - I am so sorry to put you through all of these steps… I had assumed also that you were on iOS. I am unsure what the state of the Android app is in terms of syncing… It might be good for you to give Logos a call and/or make inquiries in the Andriod forum as Graham suggested.
