According to CBD, this won't be available in print until May 2013. So I'm betting the number of pre-orders probably won't speed it up.
The new cover is nicer looking than the 2nd edition cover. Not enough to make me buy it again.
Ditto: cannot see the value of any differences from the 2nd edition being worth the full asking price.
Ditto your ditto. I certainly agree the book is worth $45 if it is your initial acquisition of the title. But I wish there were an upgrade from edition 2 to edition 3 thaat was more affordable. The differences probably don't rise to a $45 upgrade price.
