Kudos for the Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Greek NT

I am really enjoying this resource. While not in seminary, I love studying and teaching the Word of God. I have taken it upon myself to learn Biblical Greek and I am learning from Logos. I now own L5 Gold + a few other resources I've purchased along the way. I'm getting comfortable with Greek pronunciation and I am in the process of vocabulary building and learning morphology.

The Lexham Lexicon has organized a database of Scripture usage by LN # and lists cognates for each Greek word. That's helpful. I'm also really enjoying the LEB. Just wanted to say kudos to the good folks at Logos for continually making my Bible study experience more enriching.

I'd almost completely forgotten about the new Lexham Analytical Lexicon to the Septuagint.

The NT, as you mention, is really packed with info (the cognates being quite useful). It seems to be growing, though I couldn't be sure.

The LXX one isn't as packed but does show if the word shows up in the apostolic fathers. What's interesting is to link the two and then compare the usage (NT vs LXX).

I hope they do 2 1/2 more: hebrew (the 1/2 is for aramaic) and then latin. Latin would REALLY be good. I use the syriac one a lot mainly for the Peshitta, but it's touch and go in the OT.

As the Apostolic Fathers now also have a Louw-Nida annotation, we integrated data into the NT Analytical Lexicon. So usage in the NT and Apostolic Fathers is reflected now.

The LXX one isn't as packed but does show if the word shows up in the apostolic fathers. What's interesting is to link the two and then compare the usage (NT vs LXX).

It also notes NT usage.

As regards other potential analytical lexica, we make no promises.

Well, Isaiah should know that 'partners-in-crime' typically are fluent in both hebrew and latin. Hmmm.
