BUG: Not Getting Notifications
As the administrator of our church's Faithlife group, I want to be notified any time someone adds a community note in our reading plan. I have checked my notification settings and have all of the boxes checked, but I am still not receiving notifications for new community notes. I get notifications for other things, such as responses or affirmations, but not for new community notes. Can you look into this please?
Also, there are several members in our group whose community notes do not show up on the community notes tab on the Faithlife.com page.

I would love to get a response on this. I have to scroll through several days worth of reading and verify each comment and response to make sure that I don't miss anything. It would be so much easier if I could get notifications for everything, like I have selected in my settings. Can someone please let me know if this is a known problem and if there is a fix in progress.

There are no known bugs that would cause those problems but we are looking into it now.

I was not able to find any bugs in the community notes notifications. You did say "in our reading plan" though. Which makes me suspect that you are talking about the interface below.
These are just comments, not "community notes." Community Notes are the notes that appear inline with the text (see notes tab on left on bible.faithlife.com). There are actually no notification settings associated with these comments. I.e. posting comments on a reading plan does not generate any notifications. I can understand where confusion could come in here.
Let me know if you are still having issues with notifications for actual community notes.
As far as other members whose community notes do not appear, I would make sure they are posting to the correct group and not to "My Faithlife."

I know about the comments on the reading plan, but this is not what I was talking about. I apologize if I was unclear. The problem is with the community notes. The issue seems to be with just a few individuals in particular. Their community notes show up in the text on bible.faithlife,com, in my desktop software, and in the mobile app. However, I do not receive notifications when they post a community note or when people respond to their community notes. Again, this is not the case for everyone, just a few individuals. Is there some setting that they need to change in order for me to get notifications for their posts?

It looks like that community note was posted to "My Faithlife", that's why you do not see a notification for it. Posting to "My Faithlife" means anybody who is in a group with you will see the note. You only receive notifications for community notes posted to groups that you are in, not notes posted to "My Faithlife." See the end of my last post.
As far as other members whose community notes do not appear, I would make sure they are posting to the correct group and not to "My Faithlife."
Something I found helpful was disabling note markers for community notes posted to My Faithlife in Logos 5. See below.

Just to clarify, if a person posts to My Faithlife, then everyone in any group that they are in will be able to see the note. If a person posts to a particular group, then only those in the group will be able to read it. Correct?
