ISSUE: Dialoge for notes/highlighting cutting off buttons
I'm not sure if this is an oversight or by delight, but the dialog box for the notes/highlighting is shorter and cuts off the delete button. You have to scroll down. It was two revisions again (including yesterday's) where this changed. Not sure why it changed, but for me it would be nice to be able to see the whole dialog. Thanks.

Is this for phone or iPad?

I am experiencing it on my iPad.

This is for the "edit" dialogue box, right? I have not experienced this. It is possible that it is an installation problem. I would try to kill the app and/or full shut down of your iPad. If that doesn't work, you might try a fresh installation (you will lose your downloaded items).
Could you post a screen shot?

For what it's worth, as a regular user of notes / highlighting on my iPad 2 (wifi 64gb running all versions of iOS), I have experienced this ***numerous*** times, probably at least once every extended sitting (30+ minutes). Sometimes the dialog box is so small that only a couple of lines of information is displayed and I have to carefully scroll with a swipe to get to the bottom of the dialog's content.
I've tried to determine a pattern as to when it will happen, but I've not been able to discern one. It just sometimes has a dialog which is far too small.
The situation is exacerbated because tapping outside the dialog to dismiss it is the equivalent of pressing "OK", contrary to all other iOS apps where tapping outside a dialog is equivalent to "Cancel." (At least this used to be the case - I haven't re-tested this behavior in the last couple of releases.)

I experience "tiny box syndrome" (as I have named it), and have reported it numerous times in the beta forum… but it ONLY appears (for me at least) when I am creating a highlight, not when I am editing (or deleting) one. AFAIK, I have never seen what David showed. FWIW - the "tiny box syndrome" seems to happen most frequently for me towards the top of the display, and especially when the box is at the top middle.
EDIT: I have never experienced David's issue… until now. I can confirm the issue. [:S]
David - If you are still able to edit your post, can you add "BUG:" to your subject line?

Thanks for clarifying.

Has there been any response to the reports of this issue? Apparently it's widespread. Is the bug acknowledged? Can Logos repro it? Do they understand what's causing it and/or have they stated when a fix will be forthcoming?
Thanks, as always!

Donnie - Just to make sure we are on the same page… I had previously never seen a small box with an "edit note" box… until this morning when David brought it to my attention.
As for the "Tiny Box Syndrome…" I thought that it had been fixed in one build. If so, it has returned. I used to have a screen shot of a box so small you could only see 1-2 pixels… [:S] I have asked the devs about it again this morning… hopefully they will respond.

I can replicate this when making a note on a citation with two panels open. I'll put in a case for it.
For what it's worth, I was able to swipe the window up a little which revealed the "Delete Note" button entirely. David, is your experience consistent with this? It's still a bug, I'm just curious.

Thanks, all for your responses. Tommy, just so you know, I get the same cut off dialog whether I have one or two panels open. Thanks.

I do as well... And yes, Tommy, I can scroll down.

Does it happen if the note is created on a selection rather than citation?

Not for me. Just when it is "by reference."

For A24's "tiny dialog" issue, as he phrased it, I see the problem on selection because it happens to me in monographs, not just Bibles.
In case it matters...

Hi Dave,
This is now fixed in our internal builds and our next release to the App Store should include the fix. Thanks for the report!
