on the clippings window there is a "hyperlink" box. what is this for? I had a look for a video or help file explanation but have not found one... could be me... but is this for creating a hyperlink to an external program document?
Eventually you will be able to paste a resource hyperlink in this box to create links to your Logos resources. For now the only thing it does is create hyperlinks to websites. Highlight the text you want linked, then in that box type in the full URL. You have to include http://www in it. You might also be able to link to bible verses with it.
