notes still not syncing
Was the new app (3.2.1) supposed to fix the note syncing problem? My notes still aren't syncing from ipad to PC. If I make a note on my computer it will sync with the ipad but it deletes any notes that I made on the ipad that haven't previously been synced to the computer. Thanks for any help.

Adam - I'm sorry I can't give you much help… I know that there were several issues with both bugs & server side… apparently some have been fixed and others are being worked on.
Out of curiosity… what version of the desktop app are you running? What platform?

i'm pretty sure it's the latest version on my pc, it updates automatically. I'm running Logos 4.

There have been users before who have said the same thing… and we found out their version was more than a year old! If a user doesn't pay close attention, resource and software updates appear to be the same. Do you know if you are at least on a 4.6 build?

I updated the Vyros app as well. It won't sync notes either. Did I mess up a setting or something?

I don't think so. Do you know how to open the actual note files on mobile? Do you have many notes, or just a few? Have you tried creating a new note file and using it in an unused resource (just for trial purposes)?

I have reported this issue to our development department, and will attempt to reproduce the issue tomorrow (er, I meant today).

I don't know if this is helpful information or not, but when I open the program on my PC it is taking much much longer for the home page to come up. The wheel just spins for a good couple of minutes. That's a relatively new phenomenon.

The wheel spinning thing is fixed. The syncing is not. Thank you for working on it.

There's a button on the iPad that says Accounts. Hit that button and you'll notice that Notes can store files on the iPad alone or on iCloud. Any notes made in or transfer to iCloud Notes will sync between devices.

But these notes will not be part of your Logos environment nor synch with your desktop notes.

Emailed yourself a note then forwarded it to desktop and it worked to upload. The note was then recognized on your desktop and Apple iPad.

I'm sorry but this is not how notes work in a Logos context - and these forums are for discussion of Logos software.
If I am missing your point, please clarify.

I am having the same problem for the last few months. Notes between PC and ipad are no longer syncing. They worked fine when I first got the iPad app. I did recently get them to sync once when I went to settings and logged in with Facebook, completely closed out of the iPad app and restarted it but can't repeat it. It is really making the iPad app unusable for me.
I hope someone figures this our soon.

I am using iOS version 3.2.1.1993 and desktop version 5.0.1.0291 for Mac. The sync function stopped working for me as well. I've rebooted the iPad (4) and load only the Logos app, but nothing seems to kickstart the sync function. I'm hoping a fix happens soon.

Sorry for the lack of detail but I am talking about the same problem as the rest of the thread. Logos notes are no longer syncing between my iPad and PC. I was just mentioning that when I signed in to my Facebook account through Logos I actually got a sync to occur. I am still running Logos 4 but everything on the iPad and pc are up to date. I am hoping like everyone else that it gets solved soon.
