APA citation format

I am using Logos 4 and notice that in "Program Settings" I have the option of using APA formatting, but it notes that the edition is "edition 4". The problem is that APA is up to version 6 now and that most recent version is what is required for my work at the University. Is there any way for Logos to update the APA version to the most recent?

Another related question is that Logos cites a collection of books, like "The Complete Works of Francis Schaeffer" which contains several of Schaeffer's books. However, when the APA citation appears on my paper, it just cites the entire collection without referencing the exact book. Neither does Logos cite the page number from which the citation comes. Is there a way to have Logos 4 give more accurate citations for footnotes?

We plan to release an update to the Logos citation system that will a) fix a number of bugs in the current citations, and b) update the various citation styles to the latest edition. We hope that this will ship in 5.0b, but technical difficulties may force us to hold it back until a latest release.

I'd have to look into this scenario in detail to give the full answer, but this may be a limitation of the system when multiple physical books are combined into one ebook. (For a journal/encyclopedia, we do have the ability to cite the individual article correctly if the book has the right tagging, but I don't know if we can correctly cite one book from an ebook that is an anthology.)

It won't be in 5.0b, unfortunately, but the current plans are to have it in beta testing in the next release after that.
