Free account not showing resources

I opened a free account for my wife on her iphone to follow along in Proclaim. Yet any resource in the library just brings me to a blank page....

It's a free account, so I don't know if that affects anything. Any suggestions?

With a free account you should have online access to about 70 resources.

Can you see these resources in the library or is the library empty?
Assuming you can see the resources - when you try and open one and get to a blank page do you have a working network connection at the time?

Thanks for the reply.....I ended up just reinstalling and that did the trick. I had tried to use the app with proclaim before creating the free account. I think that did "something"

Pretty generous of Logos to give all these resources with a free account!
