I just paid for logos 5 but it has not downloaded, I restarted the PC, reloaded Logos 4, checked my account in Logos.com, I cannot buy it again, it says I owe zero, how do I download Logos 5 please?
It should download automatically. To update manually go to your Orders page and locate the upgrade. Click on the Order number and it should take you to a page with download links.
I purchased Logos 5 last night and 12 hours later it is still only 94% downloaded. I doubt it is a coincidence.

The servers appear to be busy; perhaps with Upgraders getting the last of the current discounts.
Just note that you won't lose what is already downloaded; so don't reinstall Logos thinking that will improve matters.

Curious about PC operating system ? Logos 5 needs Windows Vista or newer.

It's a dual option:
you can wait for L4 to sync and get it that way;
-OR-
go to your 'orders' of your account, click on that purchase ## [I.E: 112324543] and it should show that L5 can be downloaded for Mac or PC. you click the one for you and save it to your system. Close L4 and run the set-up that you just downloaded....
there is no "un-install" needed at anytime - it will do everything.....
