I've had a look here : http://wiki.logos.com/Reading_Plan_$28Basics$29#I_cannot_set_page_numbers_for_my_book_in_the_Reading_Plan
I can't get the reference range to accept the pages numbers. The work is indexed according to page numbers so I'm not sure why its not working.
The work is ANF1. I'm using "pg 194 - pg 270" but it wont allow me to save so that I can press the generate plan button.
Have you tried just using 194-270 ?
I'm not sure if this relates to your problem or not, but there has been a problem developing a reading plan for the Ante Nicene Fathers vol 1 since early in the release of Logos 4.
There is another thread that describes this in more detail, but I cannot search for it now.
I've tried every combo mentioned here: http://wiki.logos.com/Reading_Plan_$28Basics$29#id:.e2.80.a2.e2.80.83.e2.80.83Reading_specific_parts_of_a_non-Bible

Thanks. I'll have a search around and see what turns up.
I found it. It was reported as a bug in May of 2010. According to this post : http://community.logos.com/forums/p/16438/392628.aspx#392628
Its still not fixed. [:(]
