What are the horizontal lines on the sliding/scrolling bar in the Bibles. along the right side are these little lines that if you click it, they move to another verse. Any idea what these are for?
Different colors represent different things (and you say, dah, Philip, you don't say :-)) Gray are the last 20 places you've visited in the resource. They are supposed to be like flipping the corner of a page in a paper book. The orange are locations in a search. So if you search your library for "Jesus", the orange marks are where "Jesus" appears in that resource. The blue are places you've saved in your favorites folder...I believe. Someone else could confirm this. if you hover over a mark, it will give you a snapshot in the popup. Click on it to go to the location.
They are called "wear marks". There is an explanation of the different kinds (colors) in the help file.
Ok. I did a seach for 'apostle' in a commentary. Yep, orange showed up. I see the grey lines . . . All these neat things we're finding out in L4. Great product don't you think. Have a great weekend, time for me to hit the hay. I'm outta hear. milkman.
