Names of God
I simply wanted a printout of all the names attributed to God in list form. How do I get one from this software? If I enter "names of God" in the search window it simply opens up the entire library and I have to open each reference or commentary in hopes of finding out that information. Does anyone know of a reference or a path in the software program that just provides all the names attributed to God in the Bible?

There is also Names of God available as a Vyrso eBook. (Vyrso is a Logos brand.) It's not as exhaustive as "Every Name of God in the Bible" -- focuses just on the 21 proper names used of God, and is devotional in nature.

About the Authors
Barii Malin was raised in a traditional Jewish home and came to know Jesus as her Messiah in 1980. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Stephen College in Missouri, and an MBA from Amber University in Dallas, Texas, in 1985. She resides in Kansas City.

Why not use the new clause search. Search all passages in Lexham Hebrew Bible. Type in person:God and then sort by Lemma. I know this doesn't give the English name but you could easily use sympothetic highlighting to figue this out.

Interesting idea - but I don't quite understand.
When you expand some of the results, open the verse and look at the English translation many of them are still just translated as "God" without any extra details.
But I did find it strange that the first few search results weren't from Genesis as one would expect but from seemingly random passages[:)]

Graham: You need to drag subject, lemma and book to the top in order to sort by scriptural order and then collapse the various levels.

Probablly the best way to get a list of the names of God in the Bible is with Bible Facts. Just type in the word God and expand the lemma section and the referred to section.

Welcome to the forums. What a wonder filled question you have proposed. I can think of no more blessed study to immerse yourself in and get lost in the majesty of our loving God. I would like to draw your attention to an additional resource that will serve you well the Scofield Reference Bible found here: http://www.logos.com/product/27529/the-scofield-reference-bible if you enter Jehovah in a Basic search 160 hits return. But never you mind I have a tip for you, select Chapter 2 (Gen 2.4) and a delightful study on the names of God associated with Jehovah are returned.
