I downloaded the Faithlife Study Bible app today. It has been "Preparing library" for over an hour. Is this normal?

No. Close the app and then kill it via the multi-task bar. See if that fixes it.
Thanks, that at least allowed me to open the app, however, only a few of the options are functioning. Things like Infographics, Photos, Videos and Lexham Bible Dictionary all say, "Error Loading Book, Could not load the specified book." Finally, there is only a single version of the bible I can find available, the Lexham English Bible. Is there a way to choose another version?

Are you a paying customer with a base package, or are you just using the free resources? Also, are you connected to the internet?
free download from the app store, and yes I am connected to the internet.
I don't normally use the Faithlife app (I prefer the Logos app)… Some thoughts:
If you still have issues after the server issue is resolved, let us know. I will try to download the app and sign in without using my credentials so I can "see what you see."
Lee - I was able to download Faithlife, and I was successful in accessing the photos… Hopefully your issue was server related and is fixed now. As for the resources: A very limited number of resources come free with this app. The only Bible is indeed the Lexham. If you are interested, you can download the Logos bible app, which I believe will come with many more resources. NOTE: Most of the resources will be for online use only unless you purchase them individually or through a base package.
