ok?
Hi Mark
This looks like the process sampling log (step 4 in the page to which Tommy referred you.
To start with we would need the general Logos logs (generated by steps 1-3).
Are you able to post these please?
Graham
Well tried following the interactions, I have no logos map, so i am a missing a logos logging file...
struggling here:(

At this point, Mark, don't worry about the Optional steps, just go through 1-3 and post the files in the Logos Log Files folder.

Console messages show step 1 => http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/logging has not been done: Logos Logging is not enabled.

now then?
Would love some response guys, think I have done what is required now...
'fraid not! It's the same as before. Somehow (and i'm not on Mac) you have to enable logging (or use Command key for a one time log) and then get logos.log.
Mark, we just posted a new way of Logging that should prove easier for you to accomplish. Can you revisit www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/logging and follow the instructions?
