I don't have that resource to check for you, sorry! I just played another video just fine.

OK, I did find one thing out on my own, that the sound works only with headphones on the iPad. My iPhone 4S doesn't need them.....Is there a reason for this Logos? Or is this an isolated incident with my iPad 2 only?
thanks, William

They work on my 4th Gen iPad.
- Are the files downloaded?
- If so are you connected to the internet?
- Which video?
- Are you 100% sure your volume is turned up?
- With the video not playing can you tap the book and then the 'I' in teh top right-hand corner and tell me the information under the description?
- Ex.) In the video Confessions and Catechisms it say:
LLS:WORKMANFF

Hi Tommy,
Yes I am 100% sure that the sound was on and turned up on high.
It works with headphones but not without.
Now as for the files I don't know how to get them? If you want to explain
how to do that I will provide them. As I said the volume was turned up
and on when I was playing them. I have around 29 videos in all that are workman
series. Proof of Prophecy, Proving the Bible through Archaeology, Pros & Cons Commentaries,
Becoming a Workman & The Ultimate Goal, Who can Interpret God's Word? and many more.
Oh, and this also goes for the Greatest Book Video Series as well No Sound.
Unless I have headphones then it works, but not through my iPad speaker
Thanks, William

Hi William,
I don't believe this is a Logos issue. The problem you're seeing has happened to others as well - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4523385?start=0&tstart=0 .
I recommend talking with Apple Support or viewing their support forums for possible solutions.

Hi Kevin,
First I have to apologize for my post. I should have checked out the apple web site before assuming the problem was on your end, (for that I do apologize). I did get the problem resolved with a little research from the apple web site. Just as an FYI: On the iPad-2, or 3, what ever you may have. If you go to settings, general, then down to Side Switch, it has two prompts, one that says Lock Rotation, and the other Mute. I have always used this setting for locking the rotation on my iPad-2. What I learned was that If you use Mute, it enables the speaker to be used. It’s kind of quirky it only needs to be used on certain apps where the external speaker doesn’t work. I have never had a problem like this before with apps that have sound associated to them. So, I can say that today I learned something new, and want to thank everyone who tried to help me with this problem.
Blessings, William
